These Terms of Service govern your use of BizHelper. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

The service

BizHelper provides AI-generated assistance for marketing, sales, customer service, finance, and operations content. Responses are generated by AI and are provided as a starting point for your own review and judgment — not as professional legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying anything you use in your business.

Accounts

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been compromised.

Plans and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe, starting on the date you subscribe.
• You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account. Changes to your plan take effect immediately; cancellations stop future billing but do not refund the current billing period except as described below.
• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid plans. Contact us to request a refund within that window.
• Each plan includes a usage limit (queries per day or month). We may throttle or ask you to upgrade if you exceed it.

Acceptable use

Don’t use BizHelper to generate content that is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful, or to attempt to bypass usage limits, resell access, or interfere with the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your content

You own the content you submit and the responses you receive. We use your content only to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

BizHelper is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content can be inaccurate or incomplete, and we do not guarantee any particular business outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizHelper is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll update the date at the top of this page when we do, and material changes will be communicated by email.
