We use your information to operate your account, process payments, respond to support requests, enforce usage limits tied to your plan, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We rely on a small number of third-party services to run BizHelper:

• Supabase — hosts our database and handles account authentication.
• Stripe — processes all payments and stores your billing details.
• OpenAI — processes the questions and business details you submit to generate assistant responses.

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing how it handles data on our behalf. We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

Cookies and analytics

Our marketing site may use standard analytics cookies to understand traffic and improve our content. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
