Built for the businesses everyone else’s software ignores
Most business software is built for companies that already have a marketing team, a bookkeeper, and someone dedicated to answering the phone. BizHelper is built for the business down the street that doesn’t have any of that — the plumber, the cleaning crew, the landscaper, the salon — where the owner is the marketing department, the sales team, and the person who answers angry emails, usually all before lunch.
Why we built it
Hiring a marketing agency or a part-time bookkeeper costs more per month than most small service businesses can justify, especially early on. At the same time, generic AI chatbots aren’t built with any of this in mind — you still have to know what to ask, how to ask it, and what to do with a vague answer. BizHelper narrows that gap: five assistants, each scoped to one part of running a business, that already know the kind of business you’re asking about.
Who it’s for
Owners of small, local, service-based businesses — plumbers, cleaners, contractors, salons, landscapers, and similar trades. No marketing background, no technical skills, and no dedicated staff required. If you can describe your situation in a text message, BizHelper can turn it into something usable.
What we believe
- Small business owners shouldn’t need a marketing degree to write an ad that works.
- Software should hand back something you can use immediately, not more homework.
- Pricing should be flat and predictable, not a maze of add-ons.
